Payment Breakdown:

Player Cost $200

    Must Pay In Full To Secure Roster Spot & Is Non-Refundable

                                            

         We will doing a fundraiser once teams are selected to offset cost.

           The payment pays for:

• GBA Fall League

• Mid-Ohio Phoenix / Ohio Phoenix Jersey

• Included In College Recruitment Packet To NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, NAIA & NJCAA

• Court Rental- Training Sessions Two Days A Week, 4 Pre-Season Practices & One Day A Week Practices For 3 Weeks Of The League
